2026 Senior Representative Trials
The Waratah Youth League is the official Under-23 state competition that bridges the gap between junior basketball and senior representative play. It’s where the next generation of athletes step up to compete against the best young talent across NSW, it is fast-paced, high-intensity, and packed with energy.
For players, it’s a chance to develop, compete, and get noticed — showcasing your game on a state platform while representing your club and community.
Be Part of the 2026 Wolves Youth League
We’re opening trials for Men’s and Women’s Youth League (U23) teams for the 2026 season. If you’ve aged out of the junior competitions and are ready to take on the state stage, this is your moment.
Why try out?
- You’ll have the chance to develop your game through structured training and guidance from experienced coaches.
- You’ll be part of a team built on effort, accountability, and genuine support for one another.
- You’ll wear the Wolves jersey with pride — representing your community in a respected state competition.
Who can trial?
- Men & women aged up to 23 (as at December 31 of the season year)
- You’ll need to bring drive, coachability, and commitment.

Trial 1 | Sunday 2/11/25 | 5:30pm – 7:00pm
Trial 2 | Sunday 9/11/25 | 5:30pm – 7:00pm
Trial 3 | Sunday 16/11/25 | 5:30pm – 7:00pm
