Get prepped for reps!
If you’re an advanced player thinking about trialling for Representative Basketball for the 2025 season, our Prep for Reps program is designed to give you the best chances of success in the trials.
Players will focus on speed and agility as well as learn how to finish with contact, advanced ball handling, mid range and 3- point shooting, moving without the ball, pick and rolls situation 1v1 defense and more.

As this is a preparatory program, age groups for this program are based on those that will apply for the 2025 Metro Junior League season:
