Designed for older intermediate players aged 13 – 17 years, this program incorporates advanced skill development, game strategies and teamwork concepts to prepare them for competitive play.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Those with foundational basketball experience.
Players looking to develop their game play skills, including decision-making, teamwork, and court awareness.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Learn and strengthen fundamental dribbling, passing, and shooting techniques
Improve ball-handling and control in movement and game situations
Practice teamwork, spacing, and basic offensive and defensive concepts
Enhance fitness, agility, and coordination through fun, structured drills
