As we prepare for our highly anticipated end of season Reps Award Presentation, we are reaching out to our valued members for assistance. This event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our teams, team managers, coaches, sponsors, etc and your help would be greatly appreciated in ensuring everything runs smoothly.
We are seeking volunteers to assist with various tasks in the days leading up to the event, as well as on the day of, on the evening of and on the day after the presentation. Your support will be crucial in making this event a success.
Below are the details of the volunteer opportunities available:
Volunteer Opportunities:
Two Days Before the Event (29-30 August):
- Logistics Support: Assist with coordinating deliveries and organising materials.
One Day Before the Event (30 August):
- Final Preparations: Ensure all setup tasks are completed, check audio-visual equipment, and prepare gift packages.
- Rehearsals: Assist with running through the event program and ensuring all participants are ready.
Day of the Event (31 August):
- Setup Assistance: Help with setting up tables, chairs, arranging seating, and decorating.
- Event Help: Greet guests and manage registration.
- On-Site Support: Assist with guiding guests to their tables, managing the schedule, and providing any needed support to speakers and performers.
- Event Breakdown: Help with post-event cleanup and packing up equipment.
Day After the Event (1 September):
- Venue Cleanup: Assist with final venue cleanup and organising any leftover materials.
